We support the bee population
Honey is a valuable and delicious natural product produced by bees. Unfortunately, the bee population is under threat worldwide and it is increasingly important to support the importance of bees and their role in preserving our environment.
This is why we as a company have decided to produce our own honey in a species-appropriate and sustainable manner with a total of 30 bee colonies and produce over 500 KG annually to donate or give away to our customers.
Our approach to honey production is simple and environmentally friendly. We have set up beehives in our forest and carefully maintain them to promote their health and reproduction. We do not use pesticides and ensure that the bees have access to a variety of bee-friendly plants to use for food.
The honey harvest takes place every spring when the bees have stocked up. We carefully collect the honey and process it gently to preserve its flavors and nutrients.
